Taste
it is very fragrant, with a straw yellow color crumb.
Use
Excellent if eaten alone, sliced with extra virgin olive oil. It is also ideal for the preparation of appetizers or combined with different dishes.
Look
The crust must be at least 3mm thick and the humidity must not exceed 33%. Furthermore, the crumb must have a homogeneous alveolation.
